Activities to enjoy the summer holidays at home

Summer holidays are here and they will have to be a little different due to Covid-19. The health authorities of our country have made some decisions to encourage citizens to stay at home for as long as possible so that we can continue to prevent the spread of the virus.
With this extension of the sanitary measures, we have prepared a list of activities so that you can enjoy these holidays at home, taking care of your health.

1. Cinema Day

Setting up your own cinema can be an excellent option for these evenings or vacation nights, especially if you have children at home. Believe it or not, doing so can be quite simple and inexpensive: for this, you can start by recreating the movie theater by closing the curtains or turning off the lights, placing blankets on the floor and placing individual cushions for greater comfort.

And if you don’t like exercise routines very much, you can also keep your body active through various activities such as dancing, stretching or yoga. The idea is that these vacations, in addition to getting out of the routine, remind us of the importance of taking care of our physical health.
