How to prepare healthy homemade Hummus
Organizing a meeting at home and you ran out of ideas for your snack? Surprise your guests with this super easy and practical recipe of the famous and delicious Hummus.
- Half a kilo of cooked chickpeas
- A drizzle of olive oil or sesame
- 2 cloves garlic or 1 teaspoon ground garlic
- 1 squirt of lemon juice
- Half teaspoon cumin
- A pinch of paprika or paprika
- a pinch of salt
Place a little cooked chickpeas in a blender jar with the garlic, cumin, salt, oil and lemon juice. Add the rest of the chickpeas little by little trying to form a pasty puree.
Place the hummus in a bowl or bowl and decorate with a pinch of paprika and an additional trickle of olive oil or sesame seeds. If you want to give it a more Arabic style, you can also place chopped nuts on top.
