Cardio exercises to perform at home

4. Wrist to ankles

This activity will increase your heart rate. Start standing up. Next, raise your right leg in front of you, keeping it straight, as you jump on your left foot. At the same time, move your left hand in front of your body towards your right ankle. Repeat immediately on the other side. That is a repeat. Continue for 30 to 60 seconds.
