Pasta is one of the most versatile and easy-to-prepare foods, as it is the perfect companion to different sauces, meats or fillings (as in the case of ravioli or cannelloni).
Pasta is perfect for regular consumption because it is high and rich in carbohydrates, which will help you have energy to do daily activities. They also include protein and fiber that will help your body. So if you are a fan of pasta, in the following article we bring you three easy and rich recipes to prepare.

How to prepare pasta correctly?

For the correct preparation you must bear in mind that the pasta must always be cooked in plenty of salted water, in general one liter of water is calculated for every 100 grams of pasta. Having a good amount of water will allow it to not stick together and we can enjoy a well-hydrated paste.
For cooking it is important that the water boils over high heat, when it is boiling, you must add the pasta, a little oil and a pinch of salt. It is advisable to let it cook without a lid for 5 to 7 minutes.
Remember to stir occasionally to prevent the pasta from sticking to the bottom of the container, at the end drain the hot water and pour cold water to stop the cooking process and leave it al dente.

1. Spaghetti in cheese sauce

It is a recipe for true pasta and cheese lovers, very easy to make, with few ingredients and that offers incredible results.

Ingredients
200 g spaghetti
150 ml heavy cream
2 cloves of garlic
200 g of aged cheese
1 handful of chopped parsley
100 ml of the cooking broth
Salt and pepper
Oil

Preparation
We cook the spaghetti with plenty of water in a large pot, remember to add salt and a pinch of oil to make them very tasty, stir them from time to time and once they are al dente, drain the spaghetti from the water, reserving a couple of ladles of the cooking water.
To prepare the cheese sauce, heat a little oil over high heat. Then add the finely chopped garlic and let it cook until golden brown. Add the cream and cheese and cook for a couple more minutes, over a more moderate heat.
Then we pour the spaghetti, the cooking broth, a handful of chopped parsley and stir again, letting it cook over low heat for a couple more minutes. We let the spaghetti soak in and absorb the flavor of the sauce well. Finally, sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper. And to enjoy!

2.Macaroni with tuna gratin in the oven

It consists of macaroni with a tomato sauce, tuna and finally topped with cheese. The cheese can be one that melts easily in the oven or, on the contrary, that is gratin. They are very easy to do and without any doubt you will love them.

Ingredients
400 g of macaroni
200 ml milk
1/2 onion
3 garlic cloves
1/2 green pepper
400 g tomato sauce
400 g canned tuna
200 g cheese
Oregano
Oil

Preparation
Cook the macaroni in a pot with plenty of water and a handful of salt. Remove the macaroni from time to time with a spoon, especially the first 2 or 3 minutes of cooking.
To prepare the sauce: in a large frying pan, heat a little oil over a very low heat. Then we add the onion, the garlic cloves and the finely chopped pepper. Then we add the tuna without the oil from the can, the tomato sauce and the milk, and cook over medium heat for 5 more minutes.
When the pasta is al dente and the sauce has cooked a bit, we drain the macaroni from the water and pour them over the sauce. With the help of a spoon, we stir them and impregnate them well with the sauce and let them cook together for a couple of minutes. Finally we place them in a mold or on dishes that withstand the heat well. We sprinkle them with a little dried oregano and cheese to taste. Then we put them on the grill in the oven at 200ºC, for 3 or 4 minutes so that the cheese is gratinated and then they will be ready to enjoy.

3. Macaroni carbonara

This popular Italian sauce is very easy to make, and although the most common is to see it with spaghetti, it can also be prepared with another type of pasta such as macaroni.

Ingredients
400 g of macaroni
4 egg yolks
200 g of grated Parmesan cheese
200 g bacon
Salt and pepper

Preparation
In a large pot, heat water over high heat. When it boils, add the pasta and a handful of salt. Let it cook for about 12 minutes, more or less.
While the noodles are cooking, we prepare the carbonara sauce. We put a frying pan to heat over high heat. Add the diced bacon and fry in the pan for a couple of minutes. Then in a bowl we put the egg yolks and the grated cheese, mix well with a fork until obtaining a kind of orange paste.
When the macaroni are al dente, drain them from the water, reserving a cup of this cooking broth. Now, we put them in the bowl where we had the cheese and egg pasta. Add the bacon and mix everything well.
Once with the desired texture, we place them on the plates and sprinkle with black pepper and serve immediately. Try them for sure you love them!
